1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Category-Specific Return Conditions

Depending on what you purchased from our collections, specific rules apply due to hygiene, safety, and health reasons:

  • Beauty & Health (Beauty, Health & Beauty): Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and the original protective seals are intact.

  • Electronics & Smart Gadgets: Items must be returned with all original cables, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Ensure all personal data is wiped from the device before returning.

  • Clothing (Menswear, Womenswear): Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Home & Kitchen / Pet Supplies: Items must be unused, clean, and returned in their original box or packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used beauty/hygiene products.

  • Pierced jewellery (if applicable).

  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card, depending on your issuer's policies.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
